Tracking iron

I am concerned with my iron intake (I'm a pescetarian and dislike any food that I can taste iron in) mfp doesn't seem v good for tracking iron, I guess because it's rarely listed on nutri info. Are there any other ways people track this or any useful hints? Ice recently learnt bran and calcium interfere with iron absorbition so I guess I'm looking for tea time foods...??

If you are concerned, then go get your iron levels checked. Perhaps you'll find out you don't need to change a thing.0

Green leafy things will be your friend , most green veg has some , and if you use complete entries marked USDA in the data base it will list your iron so can track at least some, vit c assists in iron absorption as well , Some fish can be fairly high in iron as well . Google will give you lists of high iron veg and fish .0
