Wondering if there is an advantage to the fitbit over SHealth on Android phone?

I do have that there are times I am walking while phone is charging somewhere.

I was using the LG health app on my phone which is very similar to SHealth. I find I am logging more steps with a Fitbit I got about a month ago. I wear the Fitbit all the time where I would sit my phone down at work more and not register those steps. Also the Fitbit syncs with MFP for calorie adjustments. That was the biggest reason I went with it.

I have the Charge HR. It has the built in heart rate monitor which seems to work very well unless your weightlifting. Other than having to charge it ever 2 days or so, I have no complaints.

I have a garmin vivofit 2. It uses watch batteries, so no charging. It's waterproof to 5ATM so swimming is ok. I have the one that comes with a heart rate monitor, but I haven't been very happy with that part. It tracks, steps, calories burned, sleep and it's easy to operate. It also syncs with MFP. Good luck!

I have a Samsung Galaxy and there's a Google app called FIt. It does very similar to SHealth but it syncs to MFP as well
