Need motivation!

I work as a medical assistant and wear scrubs every day. I'll make a comment saying I need to lose weight and people give me funny looks and ask me "where?" What do you mean where? I'm a small woman, but I'm unhealthy and am the heaviest I've ever been. My side rolls and belly rolls are getting out of control. I need some help with motivation! I quit a week or two into any diet and exercise program I start. This time, I am determined!

You will quit again if u want motivation from us
Inspire urself. Be comfortable with who you are
Promise urself that u will donate $20 anytime u eat unhealthy. And go for a walk or swim for 30 mins each day...be in a calorie deficit.
Lose 2 lbs a week and keep at it0 -
keep up with your exercises and take it day by day. Always remind yourself why you want to lose weight and be healthier.0
