How many daily calories did you allow yourself? And how long did it take to reach you goal?

I'm still working on my goal weight, however I eat between 1100-1400 a day, even though mfp tells me about 1600 is my limit. I am 5'4"0

Working on the last 15-20 pounds (super stubborn!) I do 45 minutes of cardio 5-7x a week and lift heavy ~4x a week, eating 1500-1700 calories most days.
MFP has me at 1200 calories a day, but I usually get anywhere between a 500-800 calorie adjustment from FitBit, I usually eat a majority of it back, but try and leave ~300 calories to account for any discrepancies.
I'm 5'2
eta: I've lost 17 pounds at an average of 1 lb/week, but in reality it's not been that linear. I'll have 1-3 weeks where I hover and maintain my weight, and then a week where I drop several pounds, then repeat0 -
5'4" over here, lost over 30 lbs on 1200 a day then maintained that at about 1600ish and I've just lost a final 4 lbs on about 1300-1500 but I've just come off the pill which has made a big difference ( a positive one)0

I've lost 18.5 in 5.5 weeks eating 1100-1200. I maybe eat up to 1400cal the days I do a 2-3 hours of cardio.
The only time I see me raising calories is when I'm at maintenance, 1200 it is. As I lose weight my bmr will continue to lower...0 -
I actually don't know where to set my goal weight. I am 5'0. I have a muscular build and like to weight lift.0

Started: 260 lbs
Current trend: 122.3

Most of my weight loss I want to say has averaged around 2000 calories (varies depending on activity, but I've never gone below 1500 and have on extremely active days been close to 2500).
About 3 years to lose 130 lbs (original goal weight) and that includes 9 months of pregnancy that resulted in a 40 lb regain (so lost almost 90 lbs, gained 40 during pregnancy, relost the 40lbs plus an additional 40lbs).
Currently my weight loss is slow, but I'm relatively light now and just trying to cut a bit more fat while I try to preserve what little muscle I have.
Between 2012-Jan 2015 : Exercising was lots of walks, exercise videos, and Fitness games for wii/xbox kinect.
Feb 2015 - now: Stronglifts 5x5 MWF and Running/some sort of cardio TTS plus aiming for 10k steps a day.0 -

I'm 5'2.5". SW 212, CW 131, GW 125-130. I started about a year ago. I maintained for a couple months between 135-140 and then decided to buckle down and lose the last ten pounds. That was January 1st and I've lost about 7 pounds since then. These last 5 are going to be tough. Some days I just want to go back into maintenance lol.0

At first i was eating 1350 and now i am eating 1400-1800.
It took me 7ish months to lose 50 pounds.0 -
I had a baby 8 months ago and I need to lose 15lbs I have been 5'4 130 to 135 most of my adulthood and 125 in high school and college. Now 35 with a baby and 150 I was 135 when I found out I was pregnant and trying to get back there0

@MeiannaLee This is great. congrats. Your starting weight is my goal This is encouraging for me though. Perhaps knowing that if I can focus on my deficit (which is pretty much the same as yours) I can hit my goal in a few months!! I am 5'0.0 -

100 is tiny! What exercises did you do? I have always been active and fit. Just saw today that 3 years ago I was 127 ... Before baby a year ago 135 and now 151 at 5'4 I have some work!0
