Hi everyone! I'd would like to know if anyone has tried Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred and if it has worked for you? It would be great if you have some pics too!

I tried it for ~ 2 weeks but got injured (wrist and shoulder) plus it wasn't great for my problem knees. I will say I saw FAST improvement in my aerobic conditioning, but it was just too high-impact for me. I wish I could do those kind of high-impact workouts - the results are really great.

Too high impact for me. I do other cardio (that I like....not jumping jacks...ugh) and then I do strength training separately.

It's a fantastic 20 min workout for when I can't get of the house for exercise. I like it.

I've tried it, but I've always gotten really sick about 5 days into it (this has happened 4 times now). I do believe it is just bad timing, but since I haven't been able to stick with it all I've gotten is sore muscles and killer dizziness, so bad I can't walk around and breathing gets difficult just for walking. Please share if you get successful results.

I absolutely love it. I've seen more results with Jillian's videos than with any other program. I agree it can get boring but if I can push through a week or two seeing results goes a long way to keep me motivated.

I really like it. When I can't get to the gym I do 2 levels at home. It's relatively inexpensive (just small handweights) and I watch the videos right off of Youtube for free.

I did it for 60 days straight when I first started working out about 4 years ago. I think it's a good beginner's workout. It's short and the exercises are fairly simple, nothing overly complicated. Anything that gets you moving is good, and I found that as someone who didn't really work out, this program helped ease me into regular exercise.

I love the shred. I started it at 260lbs and have done a few other JM workouts since then.
