Daily Calorie Intake

Just a quick question for losing weight with a calorie deficit. If you're trying to stick to your weekly calorie goal, does it matter if you have bigger days and smaller days? Would eating out (Chinese/pizza) one day out of the week occasionally be OK, if you still manage to stay within daily and weekly calorie goals? Is there a difference between eating consistently throughout the day vs. having a bigger dinner but smaller breakfast and lunch?

You can set up a weekly deficit and a meal timing that works best for you and that helps you adhere to your goals. You can have chinese food or pizza, yes. There is nothing significant about meal timing, only what works best for you.0

No difference at all. It's just about the deficit0
