Banana ice cream

Slice a few bananas (I usually do 4 at a time) and place in freezer for about an hour. Put frozen banana slices in food processor and blend until smashed potatoes consistency. Add almond milk (i start with 1/4c) until preferred consistency is reached. Here you can add a variety of ingredients to make banana ice cream. I've used matcha and peanut butter (in separate batches) and they've been delicious. Something a little sweet for those cravings yet healthy! Any other suggestions for other flavors?

Add frozen berries or maple syrup and top with some walnuts. Also look at:

When I'm being lazy..I just slice a banana, freeze it and drizzle a little choc syrup on top before eating. It's a yummy sweet treat!0 -

It would depend on ingredients you put in the ice cream you make and the brand of ice cream you buy. There's infinite comparisons.
