Reverse Diet advice needed

Hello, I'be been reverse dieting for 4 weeks now and slowly increasing calories (~70-80cals each week) in that time I kept loosing weight. Now I'm starting week 5, but after weighing myself as usual I've noticed I gained 300g and I'm not sure if that's just water weight or not (I'm still under my supposed maintenance). I know it's a ridiculous amount of weight to worry about, but I had a past with eating disorders and I'm not sure whether I should hold off from increasing this week or just keep going and see where I'm at next week. Maybe someone who's more expierenced with Reverse Diet could give me some advice? Thank you !

Weight can fluctuate for so many reasons. I wouldn't worry about it yet.0

Keep your cals the same this week and see what the scale does next weigh in.0

Something as simple as a single glass of water could make your weight fluctuate by 300g. I've seen my weight fluctuate by 3-4lbs in one day. I would wait another week and then evaluate.0
