I've been using this app off and on for a while, but never really commited until now.

Last year I put myself on Phentermine as a way to help me jump start my weight loss. I was at a wopping 220 pounds. I'm now 190. I want to lose 25 more pounds and be at the weight I was when I had my son. I know I can get there. I just need help.

My main thing is, in December, I joined a gym (a Crossfit, martial arts gym). However, I've made excuses to not go, some were legit (like my dog getting mauled to the point of almost being killed) and most of the time it was me being lazy... but I'm also scared of being the new kid again. I have the worst social anxiety and trying to meet new people is the WORST... this Monday I am going to go. I'm forcing myself to... I want to look good again. To be healthy, active and look friggin amazing in my wedding dress in December.

I can definitely use some friends with encouraging words and some tips.

Hi, I'm Sara. I rant, have social anxiety, and work 4am shifts, love pit bulls, and dream about the icing on Publix cakes.

    Hi Sara,
Can I ask about your experience with phentermine? I have been considering it. I've been working at losing weight for 6 months now. I've lost 10 lbs and keep plateauing. I usually eat between 900 to 1200 calories and my fitbit tells me I burn between 500 to 900 calories daily and I'm stuck! Do you think phentermine could help someone like me? Did you suffer any side effects?

Know lots of people who have used phentermine and where I live it's super easy to get at doctors. What people have to understand about it though it its not a magic pill. Just taking any diet pill alone will not make you drop the weight. Must still eat better and exercise. I have friends who have taken this pill and not changed eating habits and are not active and see no results at all but then some who do just eat less and go walk couple times a week and are seeing results.

@Xelleron you are so close to your goal don't let anything stop you. I have heard crossfit is one of the best workouts and seen results from parents at my child's school. The hardest part is getting there. Keep your head up and remember why you are doing this and how great you will feel accomplishing this weight loss goal.
