Losing weight, but body not changing.

I have been working on myself for a little over 3 months now and have lost about 25 pounds. I'm very proud of the progress I've made, but my body is not different at all. I was 190 pounds now 165 and I have been measuring my waist, bust, neck, arms, and thighs since day one and NOTHING has slimmed down even a half inch. I feel very frustrated and discouraged. Has anybody else had this problem? Is it normal?

Take progress pictures. You'll notice it then.0

I have lost 24 pounds and just started to see that my shirts fit differently but not enough that I need a new one. It can be very frustrating but I am not going to let it derail me. I really want this to be the last time I lose this weight. We can do it!0

Take pictures. 190 to 165 is a big change... Maybe you are expecting to look drastically different too soon?
Give yourself time and be proud of the work you've done so far, don't be discouraged.
