Any Lapband peeps here?? Looking for more friends

WOW you are an inspiration to me. I had my lap band placed January 8th 2015. It has been a rough last few months as I have gained 10lbs then had to work hard to get it off. I would love to hear any advice you may have and what types of foods you eat. I had a great surgeon and I continue to keep in contact with the clinic and the nutritionist, but some times I want to talk to someone who has actually lived through the experience.
