Changing my life (add me!!)

A few days ago I decided that I want to change my life and lose 100 pounds by this time next year. It's going to be really hard and no doubt there will be tons of tears, but I hope to be more at peace with myself on my journey to learning how to love me. So here we are, March 3, 2016. I think my problem is that when I cheat on my diet I hate myself for it and give up too quickly. I'm hoping to find support and guidance writhing this community thank you!

    Good luck to you! Remember not to beat yourself up too much. And failures/cheats are a natural part of dieting. Your journey will help you to lean on YOU and learn that its not about losing 100 pounds but your goal should be to stick with it and not to become discouraged and quit. Keep a picture journal, during my low periods these pictures help motivate me. You have to do this for you and no body else. Be selfish and want this for you and you alone. Its okay! Enjoy the journey.
