IM A GIVER-UPPER

I hope this will work...I always tend to give up on things if I don't see results immediately, which I know I won't...use to be 9 stone 2 years ago, and I am now 12.5, and 5"7..

Also for all your ladies out there....what is the best way to downsize my boobs?! They are so huge and uncomfortable and am fed up with getting the comment 'oh you've got big boobs'..oh really..I hadnt noticed!

I want to fit comfortably into my clothes again!

I'm only 20 and my 21st is in September..that is the motivation I'm using!

You have to remember that you didn't gain weight overnight. Sorry to say it is much harder to take it off then it is to put it on. With persistance and patience you can do it. You are worth it!! Got nothing for you about the boobs. I will say that that is one of the last places I lost from.

    Good luck to you!!

I hear the boobs do tend to go down with weight loss so it should come.. Personally I don't want to lose mine.. lol

good luck! Feel free to add me if you need friends...

I lost quite a bit of my chest with my 35 lb. weight loss. I'm still plenty big, but I've got friends who had reduction surgery and then after losing a lot of weight had to have implants. Stick with it this time, we're all here to help!

Supposedly, you lose weight in your boobs first. But I'm with you "hey, you've got really big boobs" My response is usually "WHAT!?!?! Oh my goodness, since I live under my rock with no mirror i had NO IDEA"

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your breasts may not go down with weight loss. There was a time I lost 30lbs and gained a cup size! You have to look at a number of things, first you are taking the right steps at a young age to do what's best for your health! As the weight comes off you may notice the decrease in breast size, have you always had large breasts? I know I woke up with mine and I was almost a B, by the time I graduated high school I was a DD so mine were all genetics as opposed to fat. I ended up having a reduction done in October 2010 and for me it was the best decision I ever made!

This is not something that will happen over night. Even with the tools and support this site provides you have to do the work and put in the time. If you are not going to do that then this will fail too. There are a number of very supportive people here that are available to chat with and keep you motiviated.

I understand and am open to advice on how to convert my many burn calories per workout into actual weight loss. It is so frustrating to be stuck at the same old three month weight.I don't give up because I keep hoping that next week or month I will see a difference. I might sound nutty but MFP keeps me faithful to the fight and my faith that this to shall pass. Does that keep me from feeling depress-nope? I need to figure this out. I keep my calories to 1200, workout very well, but whether I eat or not my calorie back I haven't lost any weight. I got the clear of any thyroid issues and am honest about what I log in.

I don't think I understand what you mean by 9 stone and 12.5... But, there is a chance that as you loose weight you will loose it in your chest. Have you always been big and/or had large breasts? I have always been large on top, but not too large, until I gained weight. When I do loose, its the first thing to go. Lost about 50 pounds and went from a 42I to a 38DD. Hopefully I'll be back down to a 34C (my normal size), by the end of this weight loss journey.

I have tried the whole eating healthy/working out thing a few times before, and I gave up too. I am going to stick to it this time!! I am new here and I have seen a ton of support throughout this site. As for your boobs, that is usually the first place that I lose weight, which stinks because I'm not that big to begin with :)

Thanks for all your comments people, all duly noted!

I was about a 34c until i started putting on weight, and now am 36e...I know they could be a lot bigger but as i've got a relatively small waist (or used to..!) I feel they're too big for my body and make me look a bit like a pornstar in some outfits..! All my friends say I should get them out whilst I can but I've never been one for flaunting them as I don't really want to draw any more attention to them!

Hopefully this year I will be focussed and not give up....I think I've reached an emotional peak where its just tiring and upsetting to be down about my weight everyday, when I can just put in a lot of hard work and achieve the results I want to see!

Looking forward to giving and receiving support from all of you!
