Hey ladies. I need a bit of a advice. Ive been on google trying to put my mind at ease. But im so down about it i only managed to workout for 12 mins this morning instead of 30 mins.
I started spotting last saturday and sunday and then monday i had a watery period (which ive never had before) was like this until wednesday which then became more normal to what im use to. It normally for me last 4 days but im still on my period. I never normally spot before hand ever so ive count this as periods days.
Im worried its not gonna stop anytime soon even though it looke like it was going to yesterday and its the same again this morning very light. but its still bright red looking fresh If you get me.
My eating habit have changed in the past 3 weeks ive been following joe wicks lean in 15 meals. and ive upped my water intake aswell. Cant think of anything esle to through me off
Any advice would be great put my crazy mind at ease
Thanks in advance x

It's really hard to tell over the internet as it could be all sorts of things. If you are worried it's probably best to make an appointment with your doctor who can check you out, ask you some more questions and put your mind at rest. All the best.0

Since I cannot follow the timing, in general, spotting before your period for a few days is normal. Your period lasting for up to 7-8 days is normal. Your period starting out as very light and then getting heavier and suddenly stopping is again normal - it happens when for some reason you have not ovulated during this cycle, but it is nothing to worry about if it happens once in a while. So, if any of this is your case, relax. If you have bleeding (not spotting) in the middle of your cycle or if your period last for more than a week, then call your dr and do not try to google it. It could be an hormonal problem, stress, an infection, chemical pregnancy, endometriosis, fibroids... possibilities are endless so do not try self diagnosing.0 -

Changes in diet can cause changes in hormones. It's normal. Stress can cause changes in hormones. If your diet feels stressful it's a double whammy. In fact it's normal for your period patterns to change as you lose weight or as your age and settle at a new normal (that's what I was told when my patterns changed to something unfamiliar for several months and I got worried). If you are worried or if it persists, see a doctor. It's likely nothing to worry about, but there is nothing wrong with checking with a doctor for peace of mind. Google is not a doctor and it leaves you with more questions than answers.0

So take this with a pinch of salt (as I read it online lol) but apparently estrogen can be stored in excess fat cells. So if you are losing that fat it can release this stored estrogen and can mess up your periods a little.
I don't know how true that is though so it's always worth a quick trip to the doctors to check for any other kids of issues.0
