can't find appetite

I woke up in a very blah mood.. I did a workout though.. but I cant seem to find my appetite.. Do I force myself to eat or just go with how I am feeling today? I am making myself eat an apple right now :-/ I'm not sick or anything.. its weird though. Thoughts????

    I'm never hungry right after a workout. I try to have breakfast before I do anything else. A nice hearty breakfast will give you the energy you need to get you through the day. Then wait 30-45 minutes before I do any exercise. Give that a try and see if your energy increases. Otherwise, wait an hour or so after your workout. You'll most likely be very hungry by then.

    I know this is way past breakfast time to post on the subject - but...You should always eat something for breakfast. I just finished a nutrition class which stressed the importance of breakfast. One reason is, it starts your metablism for the day. I keep boiled eggs in the frige. One of those and a small glass of fat free milk for a quick protein and calcium breakfast, it works for me.
