Time for a change

Hello. I just rejoined My Fitness Pal to start keeping track of my diet and exercise habits. I am currently at 235 and would like to get down to 150, which is a good weight for me because I am 5'10". I am thinking of becoming personal trainer but I need to be fit and healthy myself before I can do that. I would like some weight loss buddies so please add me. Let's motivate each other!
