MFP database is not working?? not happy

Hi guys,
wondered if anyone else is having the same problem. yesterday I had to enter a new item onto the database as it was not there. once I entered it I went back to my food diary to then log it. When I went to search for the food item it was not there. I have just had the same problem again. I went into recipes and uploaded a recipe. Then went to log for breakfast and I could not find it. What is going on???? I'm seriously peeved about this. I would like to say ALOT of swear words at the moment but don't want to offend anyone.
