    Good Luck and Good Start! If there's any criticism, it's that you're shooting for a lot of weight really fast, that's 7.3% of your body weight you're trying to lose in 4.5 weeks.

    I agree, a lot of weight to lose in a short period of time based on your height and weight. You are not just going to be losing fat.

    @Varrok I agree with your statement. That's like a 1k cal diet a day or less with the already current weight/height and weight loss wants I'd say.
