I just went through a horrible breakup and found myself binging on food and alcohol. after waking up next to a bottle of stout and a half eaten toaster strudel I figure I should make a change before it's too late. So here I am please be my friend

    If you need a friend for support I would be happy to be your friend! I have a tendency to drink alcohol when I feel overly stressed. I can go long periods without it, but sometimes I drink way too much. I know if I just kicked it out completely it would reduce water retention, extra calories, my energy...and a whole bunch of other things. If you want to support and help each other and motivate each other I would love to be your friend!
