Do the calories in benefiber "count?"

I eat about 50 kcals a day of the stuff.

    I log the benefiber to track the fiber- along with it comes the 15cals and 4 carbs per serving.

    PS- All calories count. :)

    According to the benefibre website, there are 15 calories in 2 tsp/4 grams of this product. I checked the one I use (Restoralax in Canada - dont know the US or UK equivalent) and there are no calories. If you need the supplement, perhaps you could consider switching products, if the calorie count is an issue for you.

    restoralax is a laxative.
    benefiber is a fiber supplement with wheat dextrin being the ingredient.

    Not the same thing.

    Yes there are generally little to no calories in laxatives. Kinda like medicine. Drinking fiber is different, those fibers aren't made of nothing :)
