Insanity Anyone???

I used Insanity once before and it worked great up until I hurt my ankle playing with my kids.
Once I couldn't work out I lost motivation but I'm ready to start up again and was wondering if
anyone else uses this workout. If so I'd love a workout buddy :happy:

I just started. I'm on my first week and have loved it (in that crazy abuse me way).... would LOVE to keep each other motivated!

What is insanity if you dont mind me asking, I see this a lot around here.

It's an intense extreme home workout program through Beachbody. The same company that makes Turbo Fire and P90X.
