need to lose more then 40 pounds

hey all,
I use to be 200 pounds about 8 years ago and I decided to go to a nutritionist and by following her rules it took up to two years and I had lost over 50 pounds (since I was in college and didn't gain weight like everyone in my class from stress) the weight stayed off for a few years until I started to work and I gained back 30 pounds and now I'm on a mission to lose 40+ pounds. I don't have any friends here and I hope I could get some support and I'm trying to have friends at home go on this journey with me so we can lose weight together. So far I've been on the site for 4 days now and I have gone to the gym 3 days and tracked my meals.

Congrats girl on hopping back on this journey ! It is by no means an easy path but absolutely doable! My goal is to lose 60 lbs. MapMyRun is a great app to keep in mind! You can set yourself goals and keep track of all your workouts! I set a goal of 10 miles a week and have started a few fitness challenges too! I'm super new here and it would be great to have support from someone from a similar weight loss background. Keep on keeping on girl!0

Well you're off to a great start! I'm in the market to lose 40 lbs as well. I just started using this today (prior to I had been on weight watchers, but I've been struggling since they revamped everything). I'm liking this app so far though0

I lost 126 pounds. Gained 60 back when I went back to school. I've lost 30 of that 60,but still trying to get back to where i was. 30 more to go!! Everyone here feel free to Add me.
