A New Beginning

Hi! I am 31 year old. I'm 5ft 6 inches with a current weight of 203. My goal weight right now is 180 and then I will go from there. This is the heaviest I have ever been. It's time for a change. I started a Pilates challenge of only 10 minutes a day with Robin Long. When this ends at the end of the month, I will start 30 day shred 20 minutes a day. I have just started tracking everything. I do weight my food as well to make sure everything is right. I have an open diary. I have my plan for 1820 calories a day with weight loss of 1 lb a week for now.

I'm looking to add friends that have the same goals and food intake goals. Please add me if you are of the same mindset.

    Hiya your the same height as me, if you want you can add me, I'm doing the zumba on my wii, kettle bells and my exercise bike.
    Just like you I have just started counting what I put in my mouth lol all the best, we can do this x
