Both and take pictures in the same clothes each time you weigh about once a month.0

Both. Although I had to quit taking measurements because they never changed and I got too frustrated. I only see results on the scale, never anywhere else.0

Both, if that's what works for you. I weigh once a week, and measure once a month.
Every ten pounds, I take a new set of pictures.
But like I said, find what works for you. I found once I stopped obsessing over the scale and shifted my focus to how far I could get on my daily walks, how far I could swim, etc, I felt a real mental shift where it suddenly stopped being 'I'm so fat and ugly' to 'I'm getting so physically fit that I know those extra pounds will go away if I keep doing what I'm doing.' I like myself a lot better when I'm not scale obsessed.0 -
I weigh once a week and although I don't measure I take a weekly picture in my underwear.0
