I started seriously tracking my food consumption, sticking to my calorie goals and working out nearly daily 10 days ago. I felt pretty awful at first, but after sticking out the first week I feel 100% better. I have quite a bit of weight to lose, but am working towards 30 pounds and increasing my energy level over the next few months.

I'm hoping to find some support to keep me motivated. Anyone else just getting started a major lifestyle change and need a buddy?
