It could be that your body is not having to work as hard to digest food, so there is less heat generated. I notice this if I miss a meal or fast for a day. A sweatshirt or vest can help, but you will probably adapt in a few weeks.0

I sure hope so! I'm in Atlanta and it is fairly mild temperature. But my gas bill is going to be outrageous if this keeps up. Thank you for your suggestions Codygish.0

I was always cold even when I was fat. I'm still more likely to be cold, but I actually think it's not as bad. I think it's because I tend to be more naturally active (bounce around and fidget) when thinner or maybe because my circulation is better, but who knows, it's weird.0
