In need of a (permanent) lifestyle change...

I'm new to this app and I'm in desperate need to change my ways . I've tried diets countless times and I can never seem to stick to them. I always start and restart and start again. It's a never ending cycle. I'm hoping this app will keep me motivated, I'm new to the whole food diary thing. Does anyone have any tips or advice to stay on track? Any good healthy recipes or workouts? Also, if anyone is in need of motivation buddy feel free to message or add me! (:
