I know you can't spot reduce and all that. Right now I have lost enough poundage to be in the normal weight category according to BMI. I still want to lose 10 more pounds, I will fit into a size 10 or die trying. In any case my problem area right now in cellulite on my upper legs and belly fat. In one month's time, the belly fat has not dropped at all. My left thigh dropped 1/2 inch, right thigh nothing. How can I work more on these problem areas.

No you can't spot reduce. But you can tone the areas to reduce them. Still my legs are big for me. My jeans are always snug on my legs but big on my waist. However my legs are strong and getting defined. I'm happy with toned and tight fitting vs flabby and loose fitting.0
