I suggest a good whey protein shake and make your own. You get the protein you need to build muscle. I use the Dymatize Elite Whey Protein...

I like Unjury if I am going to make it at home. For on the go I like muscle milk or EAS advantage. Pure Protein of Clif bars are good too for post workout or an on the go meal.

Google it and you'll find all kinds of good recipes to make at home (I even saw a pudding recipe). For ready made, I like the Atkins shakes.

easy: use 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder and either 1/2 frozen banana or some frozen strawberries and a bit of yogurt.

I like to really get alot of ice in there and blend it smooth so it's nice, thick, and creamy.

Key lime pie and white chocolate & banana. I usually mix mine with 8oz and then go up by 2oz from there so it's not too thick or thin to my personal preference. If I'm only using 1 scoop I decrease the liquid.
    Key lime pie:
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 graham cracker (so it's the 4 small rectangles otherwise I think it's too thick)
    2 tsp fresh lime juice.
10-12 oz of water (or skim milk if you prefer)
    2-4 ice cubes (personal preference)
I break up the graham cracker when I put everything into the blender, but just whip it up for 45 seconds or so and you're set. If you're doing it in a shaker bottle just put the crackers in a baggie and roll them over with a rolling pin first.

    And the Chocolate banana one:
Can do it either white chocolate or regular chocolate just by switching the pudding mix and protein powder!
    2 scoops protein powder
    1/2 banana
3T sugar free jello pudding mix (I use the white chocolate one or the chocolate fudge in mine)
    10-12oz water (or milk)
    2-4 ice cubes

    Reeses Pieces Shake!
    Ingredients:
    • 1 Cup Skim Milk
    • 1 Cup Egg Beaters
    • 1 Heaping Tbsp Peter Pan Honey Roasted Peanut Butter
    • 2.5 Scoops Double Rich Chocolate Whey Protein

    It's a vegan protein/meal replacement powder/shake.
It tastes like crap, but i'm willing to drink it for the amount of all the amazing macro-nutrients, vitamins and minerals it provides.
