Join me for an Insanity Challenge starting today! Just post your fit test results here and whatever other goals/milestones you want. Here's mine:
Switch kicks 80
Power jacks 40
Power knees 85
Power jumps 20
Globe jumps 8
Suicide jumps 10
Push up jacks 12
Low plank oblique 60

    I'm doing a Tony Horton/Shaun T hybrid.....alternating weeks of P90/P90X/P90X2/P90X3 and Insanity/Insanity MAX: 30/Asylum Vol 1/Asylum Vol 2. Basically switching it up between a week of intense strength training and ball-busting cardio/interval training.

    Sounds awesomely intense. I haven't done P90x yet. I'm working up to it. Currently I'm running about 3-4 days a week plus Insanity.
