Best drinks to lose five in a week?

I need to lose five for an event next week. Possible? I don't like juice cleanses because they are too cold in the winter and not remotely satisfying. How about soup or tea cleanses - do they work?

They do not work. You might get lucky to lose that in water weight, but you will probably end up feeling terrible at your event. Reduce your sodium intake this week, drink extra water, avoid gassy foods three days before the event, and choose something flattering to wear.

    This

Op, get out of the mindset of quick fixes and start to think about lasting success. These types of things aren't going to help in the long run at all.
