Does anyone else feel like this device does not accurately calculate your exercise? What do you do? How do you properly record your cardio/weights?

I know what you mean frustrates me too I have no idea. It's annoying when doing weights on when on the bike it doesn't measure anything really.0

I think a HR Monitor is needed. It does calorie burn based on HR or steps I believe. I have one and It changes the numbers when I work out.0
