So I started fainting a lot and they couldn't find what was wrong with me. I stopped working out for 3 months because I was scared to work out. I'm wearing a heart monitor right now which is annoying to run with but I could still do some calesetics and walking and some yoga. I've gotten so lazy though. Any tips on getting back in the game?

After docs advice, I suggest you dive right in and get everyone around you as involved as you can. It has helped my. My niece and nephews take turns coming to the gym with me.0
