I'm honestly just pleased I didn't gain. I had a cheat day Wednesday, tried to count and diet somewhat Thursday, but it kind of fell apart because I've been really sick this whole week and my body really wants comfort food. My throat hurts, coughing, etc. I've had so many cough drops that probably add up and I really wanted ice cream...I'm now on antibiotics and starting to count again today, so next week should be better in many ways.
