Hello!
So I'm brand new here, how exciting!
I am getting married in Cyprus on the 10th September 2016 and need to lose two stone by then at the least... Oh my god, it seems like an impossible task but looking at the before and after pics on here is huge motivation for me!!
Anyway... Any other brides to be getting ready for the dream day?!
Max

It's doable. It's only over a pound a week to do. Gotta be diligent though. Almost every new bride I've ever trained got off track because they put in more time planning for the wedding then getting ready (physique) for it.
Make sure you have a plan of action. Don't just wing it.

  • Thanks! I don't have any planning to do! We are eloping to Cyprus for 2 weeks! My main worry is my job, I'm a total workaholic and its shift work, sometimes it's 15 hour shifts (7am-10pm) they are the days in worried about...
So my plan of action is...
Green smoothie in the morning (this will be about 4:45am before work)
A good breakfast, poached egg etc
    Smoothie and salad for lunch
Dinner will consist of rice chicken fish veg etc
And swim most days for an hour...
I don't want any kind of fad or ridiculous diet I know I will never stick to, I don't often get time to eat at work so it needs to be smoothie and then carrot sticks etc so I can eat on the move...
Basically the idea is... Put out more calories than I put in?!?!
What do you think of that?!

Hey...I have a similar goal...need to fit into a dress for my daughter's wedding. I bought it on-line and it's way too snug. So I need to lose a good 2 inches under my ribs and about 10 lbs. The wedding is in 10 weeks, so I'm sure I can do it.
  • Of course you can!! I hope you have a fabulous time at your daughters wedding!! My new life motto, because this really is a lifestyle change for me not just a diet... Is eat less move more, let's do this!! And keep each other upto date! X
