Dancing!

Just wondering if there were any dancers out there? And how much exercise you do related to that?
I do 1 hour walking on modays plus some dance practice.
I hour walking and 1 hour class tuesdays
3 hour class wednesdays
3 hour class thursdays
2 hour class fridays
2 hours walking saturdays
45 minute class and 2 hours walking sundays.
It seems like a lot, but I was curious to see if there were any other dancers/athletes on here who did similar?

not a "dancer" per say, i but am a "zumba-er" LOL
i go to zumba every sing day bollywood dance fitness 2 days a week, and pilates 2 days a week.0 -
I salsa dance like crazy...and I regularly stay on the dancefloor for about 2 hours with a couple of 10 minute breaks....in 90 minutes of salsa I burn about 800cal...so that translates to about 9 cal/min.0
