Before having my 2 kids, I didn't have to look in the mirror and cringe at parts of my body that I don't like. It hit me like brick when I finally realized that I couldn't go on with these bad habits that comforted me when I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. I began my new lifestyle mid January and I'm down 8 lbs. I'm hoping I can finally stick to it to reach my goal. Add me if you're motivated! I could really use you! Lol

    I feel your pain. I've been having difficulties losing weight. I had my baby 6 months ago and noticed I wasn't losing the baby weightpregnancy, post pregnancy, as fast as I used to. My metabolism slowed down tremendously. I decided to hit the gym and make healthier food choices. Welcome to the community! We all need as much support as we can get!
