From moment you start to end or 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after for warmup and cooldown? What is your tracking method - THANKS!

If I am moving about, I count it, Just be consistant, so you can monitor your progress:smile:

I usually include both warmup and cool down cause that really is part of your workout.

I don't count the warmup, I start from exercise till I stop on most days, but some days I count until I get back down to my resting heart rate.

I use it from start of my warm-up to end of my cool down, because it tracks my time and calories and I am burning calories from the second I start until I second I am done.

that is what I was curious of to continue to resting heart rate- I mean I start around 80-90 give or take depending what I do cleaning etc. and end around 160's sometimes and if I just shut it off wont I still be burning until I relax ?

I track the whole time, because warming up and cooling down are still burning more than when I'm at rest.

I start it as soon as I start, especially if there's a warm up, and I stop it once my cooldown/stretch is done.
