Your transformation in fitness should be made into a way of life. Do not expect change over night and don't expect it to be easy. Consistency in training and diet is essential. Don't be that person that trains, but eats like *kitten*. Transform yourself for you. Protect your health for yourself and your family. Set the example, and show what hard work and dedication can achieve. Do not compare yourself with others.     Totally agree!! Most people don't want to hear that. They just want a quick fix and then think they can go back to there old ways!! It's a lifestyle!!!
