I am ready to start my new adventure! Keeping track of what I am eating and my workouts all in one place I can't wait! I did notice some people have a running goal count down thing... I would sure like one of my own. If someone could show me how to do that I would appreciate it! Thanks and I look forward to returning to what I like to call my 'fighting weight'!

    Hi! Do you mean the weight ticker bar that says what you've lost?? If you go to tools at the top, then ticker, you can choose a design and get one there. Good luck :-)

    Just looked again & you have a ticker! Do you mean the bit I have under my comment with my start weight etc etc?? For this you go to signature (above) and just put whatever you want in the box. Hope that helps.
