Looking for low fat but good tasting recipes please!

I like to just reinvent dishes I already like. I love chicken parmesan but instead of a heavy breading and frying it I bake it with no breading. Just take chicken breast top with sauce and bake. Top with a little cheese and bake long enough to melt. Serve with a couple of veggies.0

Peanut Butter cookies, no white sugar or chemical sugar substitutes, no flour, no butter. A little honey, a little brown sugar, creamy organic pb without the oil layer on top. Absolutely delicious perfect with tea. Use the medium cookie scoop for 60 and about 75 cal per cookie
