Hi I used to do this program but stopped for a long while and I am starting over, I really want and need to lose weight, I don't like feeling this way anymore. I am also starting back at the gym tomorrow too. I have a question..what is the best cooking oil to use? Olive oil has alot of calories. Thanks

All oils have a lot of calories. I personally use a good non-stick pan and a spritzer bottle with EVOO. I don't need much. I just bought a bottle of almond oil yesterday and am anxious to try it. It was pretty expensive, but I will use it sparingly.
Good luck to you. Weigh/measure/log everything you eat and drink and stay within your calories for the day. You can absolutely do this.0 -
Hi - similar boat here! The oil thing? It DOES have lots of calories but I'd stick with the olive oil. You can always try something like frylight (spray oil).0
