Hi everybody do you know how many calories you burn doing 20 minutes of hula hooping?

    Hi, I have a 4 pound weighted hula hoop and I burn about 60 calories in 10 minutes.

    I do hula hoop intervals with jumping rope and the hula hopping burns about 30 calories in 10 minutes for me!
