I want fitness friends!!! Friend me!

I am new to this community, not to MFP and exercise and I don't know how to friend people. At least not from my phone. Please friend me if you are or have been at similar goals:
I'm 35, female, would like to lose 20 lbs, get into the best shape of my life with cardio and weights. I workout 4 days a week, cardio and weight training. I would like to run a 10k this year. I can comfortably run 2/3miles at a 10:30/11 mph pace.
I've always worked out but have been the most consistent in the last two months than I have since high school.
And I need more friends! :)
