Hi all!
I've been on my weight loss journey since 31st January. So far I have lost 9kg. But my measurements aren't changing...
People keep commenting on my weight loss and telling me I'm looking great but my hips and waist have been the same since 5th February...
What is the best way to try and slim down my mid section?

Unfortunately we can't spot reduce! Keep at it, you'll slim down in the thighs and stomach. It may take more time than other parts.0

Unfortunately you can't spot correct. Like most women it sounds like you naturally hold weight in your midsection and upper thighs. Just keep doing what you're doing and eventually those places will tighten up as well.0
