It can be hard to stay on track of how many calories you should have throughout the day...especially when you may not have much time to make good food choices. Let's support each other through this :)

College is extremely difficult for staying on track. I have such a hard time! I am too busy with labs and projects! Do yourself a favor and get a slow cooker. It takes 10 minutes and you can eat the leftovers for days. It is so nice to come back to your dorm/apartment and have dinner already made.

I'm a grad student now, but I pretty much gained all of my extra weight in college. Between working full time and school full time, I didn't devote anytime to figuring out what I should actually be eating. If I could go back, I'd try to get more into meal prep. It can be difficult with dining hall food, but I think it would have been much easier to avoid the usual college junk if I had healthy food ready to go.
