Low-carb low-sugar diet! Help!

My family and I have started a low-carb low-sugar diet. We are allowed 15 sugars and 120 carbs per day. Does anyone have any recipes or anything that would be helpful? Especially breakfast options since I don't like eggs? Breakfast is the hardest for me right now. I know that meat and cheese for the most part have 0-2 carbs and sugars in them but I am two weeks in and getting tired of eating string cheese for snacks! Thanks in advance!

My biggest tip is to remember there's really no such thing as "breakfast food" - you can eat whatever you like! I have been eating a tin of tuna mixed with cottage cheese for breakfast for a few weeks now.

Low carb/low sugar diet means higher fat.
Eat some sausage or ham or bacon. Or make a small hamburger (skip the bread).
Or some yogurt and sliced almonds with cocoa powder.

Thanks alatariel75! That is a good thing to remember. Most "breakfast foods" have too many carbs for me to start my day out on, I might have to think about more non-traditional breakfasts.

Also: I'm not sure how the whole friend thing works on here but I'm definitely interested in gaining a bigger myfitnesspal support system. So if anyone else is looking for that as well feel free to add me and we can hopefully encourage each other :)
