hi
not sure if this the right place to ask this question
i have my fitbit charge hr linked to mfp and have done for some time and it seems to add cal earned from exercise
Not sure if its me not noticing before but have noticed recentley when i get to work and check my account for the previous day that at 8am mfp shows a minus (-) neg amount of cal removed from my daily total linked to fitbit durin the day they seem to be added back on as i take steps is this normal and if so could someone explain why
i have been using fit bit with mfp for a long time now and never noticed this before maybe its just me
thanks brian

hiya, your settings on here against the app ask if you want to include a negative count. I have my fitbit surge linked to mine, and it sets me a negative if i am well down on my steps or haven't logged exercise, but as your steps increase or if you log something, you'll see it will allocate "extra" calories to offset what you have used. If you don't like the negative, go into your settings and you will see a checkbox to select what you want.0
