That's my thing with beef too. I rarely buy beef.

As for taste, both can be great depending on how their cooked.

Chicken lover here. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a nice steak from time to time, but it's rare. I find chicken is just easier when I'm watching my food intake.

Chicken is a walking vegetable. I'll have the steak, please.

I prefer seafood. It's my favorite food.

(I prefer beef, except that I love high quality ground chicken in various dishes I would never use ground beef for. So, it depends on what I'm making).

    Depends on the cut/source.

Nothing better than a whole roasted chicken.

Also fish or lamb or pork are often better than either.

Equally the same for me. I divide my meals to include both.

Chicken or turkey all the way. I'm okay with beef when it's served but will always opt for chicken if I can choose.

Chicken. We eat beef less than once a month. Venison is our red meat of choice.

I like both but eat chicken more because it is cheaper and lower in calories and fat. I've been pot roasting turkey thighs lately. Nom nom nom.

Definitely beef. Chicken if it's cold, white meat.

Beef...but, alas, it's so expensive that I usually end up with chicken. I'll splurge when I'm out at my fav Mexican place for the beef fajitas! Mmmm!
