You need to figure out what your daily caloric needs will be at that final weight and adjust up to that. Then you eat healthy and keep working out to maintain
I have been able to maintain for a year now....it takes hard work and dedication.....it is almost as hard ot keep it off as it was to lose it....
Hope this helps0 -
you would change your settings to maintain0

Find out what your maintenance calories are and eat that much. You'll never be able to just go back to how you used to eat. It seems like a lot of people don't get that.0

keep it up. dont think because you got to your weight thats it. definitely put maintain though on here. ive maintained for over a month by still doing what i am doing. dont get me wrong, there are days that im too lazy to do something exercise wise, but once i do i feel much better. just dont stop, continue doing the great things that got you there in the first place.0

Hopefully, by the time you reach your goal you will have developed some healthy eating habits and learned how to make smart choices. The goal is to completely change the way you used to think about food and eating and fitness to where you will not require the daily monitoring you do during the loss process. ... in my opinion.0

You need to carefully watch what you eat so you don't get over your maintenance calories and also it's always a good idea to exercise a little, I've been doing that since six months ago and haven't gained a single pound0

Well done for the weight loss. In my experience the only way to maintain it is watch what you eat, eat healthily but don't deny yourself a treat. This is natural. Keep up the exercise. You may not need to do it as much as when you were loosing but at least 1 or 2 times a week exercise is recommended to maintain the loss. Its a constant battle.0
